Gatekeepers News reports that the culprit was filmed by the LAWMA monitoring enforcement team while emptying a bag of thrash in a drainage channel at Jogunosimi street, Ikeja area of the State on Sunday.
The agency, while sharing the clip on Tuesday, reiterated its zero tolerance for illegal and reckless waste disposal in unauthorised places.
