‘He Teased Them’ — Keyamo Taunts Critics As Tinubu Returns From UK

Spokesman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, Festus Keyamo has taunted critics of Bola Tinubu.

Gatekeepers News earlier reported that the APC presidential candidate, Tinubu returned to Nigeria on Thursday after 12 days in the United Kingdom (UK).

There had been criticism targeted at the APC over Tinubu’s absence from public events, including the signing of the peace accord on the 2023 elections.

There were also allegations that his absence caused the party to postpone the inauguration of its presidential campaign council, which was earlier scheduled for September.

Amid the concerns over his whereabouts, Tinubu shared a video of himself on a fitness bike on October 2.

“Many have said I have died; others claim I have withdrawn from the presidential campaign. Well… Nope. This is the reality: I am strong, I am healthy and I am READY to serve Nigerians from Day One,” he had tweeted.

In a tweet after Tinubu returned to the country on Thursday, Keyamo described the APC candidate as “the master of the game”.

“He teased them; he played mind games with them; their thoughts went wild; but @officialABAT is the master of the game. Just when they thought they had something on which to feast, he’s rather the one now feasting on their naivety. Welcome back, the City Boy!” Keyamo tweeted.
