Officers of the Nigerian Police Force have shot teargas to disperse youths commemorating the second-year memorial of the EndSARS protest shooting at Lekki tollgate.
Gatekeepers News reports that the memorial rally was also organised to mark the second anniversary of the #EndSARS movement.
The youths before they were dispersed came out in their numbers on Thursday morning with dummy coffins and bloodstained Nigerian flags at the Lekki tollgate.
The rally, tagged ‘peace walk’, took a turn for the worse as police officers shot teargas canisters to disperse the participants.
This is a developing story.
