PHOTOS: {2023} INEC Airlifts BVAS Machines To States

Independent National Electoral Commission has commenced the airlifting of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System machines to states.

Gatekeepers News reports that this is in preparation for the 2023 general election.

The Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) is an electronic device designed to read Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and authenticate voters, through voters’ fingerprints.

The BVAS will prove that they are eligible to vote at a particular polling unit.
