- Ph.D Degree with 7 years post qualification experience in the discipline applied for
- Acceptable number of publications and evidence of academic leadership, Project design
- Full time relevant teaching and research experience.
3.) Senior Lecturer

- Ph.D Degree with 5 years post qualification experience in the discipline applied for
- Acceptable number of publications and evidence of academic leadership, Project design

4.) Lecturer I

- Ph.D Degree with at least three (3) years post qualification experience and evidence of scholarly publications or two (2) years post qualification experience with reasonable number of publications.
