Motorists have started plying the newly commissioned Second Niger Bridge and Sunday Emem is the first man to drive across the bridge.
Gatekeepers News reports the bridge was officially opened on Thursday at midnight.
The bridge is 95% complete and is opened for use for one month to be closed on January 15, 2023.
Motorists using the bridge are urged to drive safely and responsibly in order not to defeat the purpose of constructing the project.
