Atiku said every public institution, including the government house in Katsina, was built when the PDP was in power.
“What I want to testify to you all this time is that if you all observe, every development recorded in Katsina today was achieved by the PDP administration,” he said.
“Is that not so? This particular place was constructed by PDP even the roads were built by the PDP. All the institutions and places of recreation — there is nothing that PDP did not do in Katsina.
“Therefore, the time of change/ transformation has come. Leave the other parties and come to PDP.”

“We have made a promise — it is among the five things that I vowed to do in Allah’s will and if you vote for me,” he said.
