Yuletide: Pray For Successful General Election — Gbajabiamila Urges Christians

Speaker of the house of representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has asked Christians and other Nigerians to seize the opportunity of Christmas to pray for the success of the 2023 elections.

Gatekeepers News reports that In a statement issued by Lanre Lasisi, his media adviser, Gbajabiamila rejoiced with Christians on the occasion of this year’s Christmas.

The speaker said Christmas, which is marked to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, is a period for sober reflection and re-dedication to his teachings and ways.

He said as the country prepares for the general election, it was imperative for Nigerians to eschew any form of violence and actions that could undermine the peaceful conduct of the polls.

He further urged Nigerians to cooperate with relevant government agencies and officials all through the elections and beyond.
