A hit-and-run driver has run over a policeman at Ilubinrin inward Simpson area of Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria on Thursday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the policeman was left injured, and this resulted in heavy traffic in the area.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Agency added that the heavy traffic led to a backlog towards the Third Mainland Bridge and that emergency responders had been called to attend to the injured policeman.
