PHOTOS: Order Restored At Ojota After Unrest

Order and calm has been restored by security operatives in the Ojota area of Lagos,South-West, Nigeria on Monday.

Gatekeepers News reports that unrest had been reported at the location, where some Yoruba Nation agitators had gathered for a mega rally.

Armed policemen and vehicles were observed close to the Gani Fawehinmi Park at Ojota.

Normalcy had been restored with traders and motorists going about their business.

Also, Jubril Gawat, an aide to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu,tweeted an update on the incident, stating that all was calm at Ojota.

He said, “UPDATE: Ojota is calm. OP-MESA and other Police Divisions are fully on ground. People are going about their normal duties, All clear.”
