Details of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governors meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari has emerged.
Gatekeepers News reports that the governors appealed to the President to allow both the old and new naira notes to co-exist to ease the suffering of Nigerians.
Governor of Kaduna state, Northwest Nigeria, Nasir el-Rufai, said the request was made to the president when the APC governors met with him.
The Kaduna governor said the president did not decline or approve the request.
