Gatekeepers News reports that the MD/CEO of Fidelity, Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe, said to celebrate women on this year’s International Women’s Day (IWD) theme #EmbraceEquity.
Onyeali-Ikpe, who stated that the theme reflects the bank’s objective, said, “Gender equality is linked to the realization of human rights for all. On our Board, female to male ratio is 45%. We do not consider gender, tribe, or religion when we make employment decisions.”
The bank, therefore, encouraged the world to join its journey toward ensuring gender equity for all.
