Tukur Mamu, publisher of Desert Herald, has been arraigned on a 10-count charge bordering on alleged terrorism financing.
Gatekeepers News reports that Mamu was arraigned on Tuesday by the office of the attorney-general of the federation (AGF) before a federal high court in Abuja.
