Engineering Supervisor
Job Specifications:
Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- To ensure effective planned preventive maintenance
- Ensure that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge
- To ensure that changes and modification to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
- Ensure that all production machines are optimally available
- Ensure that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations
- Monitor/ co-ordinate factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient support for factory operations
- Ensure that plants/machinery are fully utilized to reduce factory downtime
- To ensure total compliance with technical operating standards
- To ensure safe installations of machinery/equipment
- Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor
- Carry out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of the department/ food safety team leader
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Must have at least 3 years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical repairs/maintenance
- Hands on Engineering process management knowledge and application
- Analytical Skills
