President-elect, Bola Tinubu is expected back in the country today (Monday).
Gatekeepers News reports that Tinubu’s Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga who confirmed this on Monday said that the President-elect has been on vacation in France.
Onanuga tweeted, “Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu returns to Abuja today after weeks of a well deserved vacation in France. E kaabo! Se dada le de!”

Meanwhile, the return of the President-Elect is coming 34 days to his inauguration.
Tinubu’s absence from Nigeria’s political scene had earlier generated a lot of controversies as reports claimed he was secretly ferried abroad for medical treatment on March 22.
The reports alleged that the President-Elect took ill after months of uninterrupted political campaigns across the nation.
However, his media team dismissed the narrative, stressing that he traveled to Paris for rest after a hectic campaign season.
