Human Resources Clerk
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja | Nigeria
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Human Resources field or general office administration work is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Internet) is required.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills to manage in-person and telephone contacts.
- Must be organized, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal relationships are required. Must be able to do good math skills to perform final benefit calculations.
Education Requirements:
- Two (2) years of general college studies are required.
Evaluations:
This may be tested. Please specify your level of proficiency in the language listed.
LANGUAGE:
- Fluency in reading/writing/speaking of English is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of office administration procedures; ordering office supplies and equipment, arranging travel, and completing/submitting travel vouchers is required.
- Basic knowledge of the host country’s laws pertaining to personnel functions performed is required.
