Former Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, has mourned the death of the founder of DAAR Communications Group, Raymond Dokpesi.
Gatekeepers News reports that Agba described Dokpesi’s death as a great loss to humanity.
The former minister said he received the news with pains in his heart, adding that “humanity, Nigeria, and Edo State have lost one of their illustrious leaders.”

He further described Dokpesi as a brilliant and productive business investor, who traversed the maritime and media industries, where he made indelible marks.
According to Agba, “High Chief Raymond Dokpesi was a great mind who defined his life and times with the magnitude of his accomplishments.
“I send my heartfelt condolences to his immediate family that he adored and cared for with all of his heart, the management and staff members of DAAR Communications Group PLC, and his political associates.
“I pray that the Almighty God would grant all of us the fortitude to bear this monumental loss which his death typifies at this time.”
