JUST IN: Market Forces Responsible For Increase In Fuel Price – Kyari

Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, Mele Kyari, has blamed market forces for the increase in fuel pump price from N540 to N617 per litre.⁣

Gatekeepers News reports that Kyari said while addressing state house correspondents after a meeting with Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Aso Villa on Tuesday.

The NNPCL Boss said the increase is not based on a short supply of petrol. ⁣
