Don’t Disrespect My Wife – Adekunle Gold Warns Brymo

Nigerian Pop artiste, Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko popularly known as Adekunle Gold has warned his colleague Brymo not to disrespect his wife Simi, following recent comments Brymo made about why a music collaboration didn’t happen between him and either of the couple.

Gatekeepers News reports that Brymo claimed that he should have been featured on Adekunle Gold’s soon-to-be-released album ‘Tequila Ever After’ but that didn’t happen due to an underlying factor.

Responding to a fan on social media,

I’mBrymo wrote:  “Though AG reached out later, I like to think that he didn’t check in again, by will or fate because I turned down same request many years before…. also did same with Simi…said I wanted to get intimate to create intensity. I didn’t know they were together, of course”.

The singer further revealed that he gave Ghanaian singer, Efya, same condition and all he wanted was to experience what it felt like to intimately make music with someone.

He tweeted: “There’s a part of me that wants to feel remorse for my requirement for a collaboration with the talented Simi. Yet I am reminded that I was indeed and honestly seeking to experience the outcome of making music with a female act I was bedding. I proposed same to Efya too then.”

Reacting to Brymo’s tweet, Simi’s husband, Adekunle Gold, warned him not to disrespect his wife.

He wrote: “Do not disrespect my wife and my family. Get Help!”.
