Justice Hamza Muazu has dismissed an application filed by the Department of State Services (DSS) seeking to detain the Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Godwin Emefiele, for 14 more days.
Gatekeepers News reports that Justice Muazu, who dismissed the application in a FCT high court in Abuja on Thursday.
The Judge denied the DSS this request for lack of jurisdiction and deemed it an abuse of court processes.
