Fire broke out on Wednesday morning at the international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria.
Gatekeepers News reports that the primary gateway section of the airport was affected by the outbreak.
Firefighters have been swiftly mobilised to contain the fire. Passengers and airport personnel were said to have been evacuated from the affected building.
The incident affected some operations.
