Nigerian actress, Ego Boyo, on Wednesday, took to social media to celebrate her 55th birthday and 31st wedding anniversary with Omamofe Boyo, her husband.
Gatekeepers News reports that Ego, in separate posts, shared a picture of herself for her birthday and another seaside picture she took with Omamofe to celebrate her anniversary.
Celebrating her wedding anniversary, the film star left a terse post which reads “31st, Amore mio”.
Ego tied the knot with Omamofe, who is the deputy group chief executive officer at Oando Plc, in 1992.
They are blessed with three children.
Ego is the executive producer and chief executive of Temple Productions, Temple Films and Temple Studio.
Her acting career dates back to the ’80s.
The filmmaker is popular for her role as Anne Haastrup in the TV series, ‘Checkmate’ which aired in the ’90s.
The actress is also the producer of the award-winning film ‘A Hotel Called Memory’ which won the audience award for best experimental film at the Black Star Film Festival in Philadelphia.
Her other films include ‘To Live Again’, ‘The Ghost and the House of Truth’, ‘Earth Woman’, ’30 Days’, and ‘Keeping Faith’.
