Court of Appeal in Abuja has set aside the judgement of the National and State Houses of Assembly Election tribunal in Asaba.
Gatekeepers News reports that the tribunal had declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ndudi Elumelu as the winner of the 2023 election for Aniocha/Oshimili federal constituency, Delta state, South-South Nigeria.
However, the appellate court in a judgement on Thursday, affirmed the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Ngozi Okolie, the duly elected lawmaker.
