Arrivals / Finished Goods Officer

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Finished Goods Officer to perform the function of processing orders, organizing the dispatch and delivery of finished goods and ensuring that finished goods are stored safely.
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical inventories of products.
- Assist workers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Compare the physical inventory in the warehouse with the records of inventory on hand.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry and publishing of data for warehouse transactions.
- Ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded properly with appropriate documentation.
- Ensure all scheduled outbound shipments are delivered on time and accurately.
- Communicate with vendors if there are delays in outbound shipments.
- Ensure that shipments are ready for delivery.
- Keep track of products which are perishable and ensure the oldest products are moved out first.
- Develop strong relationships with truck drivers and delivery services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- National Diploma or equivalent in Logistics Management, Social Sciences or any other related course
- 2-3 years working experience in a similar industry.
Remuneration
- Salary: N90,000 monthly net
- Benefits: Pension & HMO.
