About five female students from the Federal University, Dutsin-ma (FUDMA) in Katsina State have been abducted by suspected terrorists.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Katsina State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, confirmed the kidnapping, stating that the police have already arrested some suspects believed to be connected to the incident.
According to a credible source in the area, the abduction occurred at their residence, situated behind Mariamoh Ajiri Memorial International School, around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Aliyu added that an investigation is now underway to shed light on the circumstances surrounding this unsettling event and to ensure the safe return of the abducted students.
