Personal Assistant to the UNFPA Resident Representative
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja | Nigeria.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Completed Secondary School Level Education required. First-level University Degree desirable.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree – 3 years experience OR High School Certificate – 6 years experience
Knowledge and Experience:
- 6 (six) years of relevant experience in administration.
- Some experience in research assistance.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT financial systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Languages:
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French and/or Spanish, is desirable.
