There is tight security at the Supreme Court, which is set to deliver judgement on the 2023 presidential poll.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP) had earlier appealed the tribunal judgement which upheld the election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Although there is no armoured personnel carrier (APC) within the Supreme Court complex, there is currently a heavy presence of armed security operatives.
Nevertheless, there’s a security check by a mobile security body scanner mounted at the entrance of the court building that everyone has to pass through.
The security scanner being just one has led to the build-up of a little queue as more people arrive at the court building entrance.
In addition, no one without a clearance tag was allowed into the court building.
This is a developing story.
