SAP Officer
Job Specifications:
Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Enugu | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Ensure all the SAP QTY is matching with physical count;
- Enter every entry into the ERP timely on daily basis.
- Monitor every entry into the ERP by the material assistant.
- Monitor and document the requisition and receipt of raw/packaging material.
- Prepare material for local purchase items.
- Manage and keep record of local purchase items.
- Post all finished goods in the ERP daily.
- Reconcile any differences in stock of materials with finance department.
- Count all raw/packaging materials bi-weekly.
- Count and determine the stock of local purchase bi-weekly.
- Assist the Production Manager in keeping all records
- Constantly liaise with Inventory Officer/Warehouse Officer on the position of raw/packaging material.
- Carry out any other job that might be assigned by the production manager
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Should possess B.Sc/HND in any related field.
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
