SGF Warns Public of Fake Appointments

Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) has issued a warning regarding fraudulent appointments aimed at deceiving unsuspecting individuals.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Head, Information for the SGF, Segun Imohiosen, the SGF denounced false information circulating on social media, urging the public to submit their Curriculum Vitae for a fee to a non-existent desk at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, promising federal government appointments.

The perpetrator, using the name of the former Director of Information, Willie Bassey, and providing deceptive contacts such as Aliyu Isah; +234 9168487156, +234 8035557865, and email; draliyu95@gmail.com, has been attempting to defraud Nigerians.

The public is strongly advised to be cautious, ignore such misleading information, and refrain from engaging with the perpetrators.

Official enquiries and clarifications should be directed through the OSGF’s official communication channels via www.osgf.gov.ng and info@osgf.gov.ng.

The SGF equally warns those involved in such fraudulent activities to cease immediately or face legal consequences.
