Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, along with his Deputy, Dr. Hamzat, officially commissioned the “Greenwich Gardens” housing development project at Agboyi-Ketu LCDA of the South-Western state.
Gatekeepers News reports that the project includes 101 apartments, featuring 66 units of 2-bedroom flats, 14 units of 3-bedroom semi-detached houses, 1 unit of 4-bedroom detached houses, and 20 units of 3-bedroom terraces.
The development also includes 65 residential plots under a sites and service scheme.
According to the Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, this marks Governor Sanwo-Olu’s second visit to Agboyi-Ketu LCDA for project commissioning, showcasing the commitment to ongoing and upcoming projects aimed at enhancing housing and infrastructure in the region.
