She needs to find a detailed oriented personal assistant who is proactive and loves organization; enjoys brainstorming ideas and is ready to help me out with whatever is needed to take the business to the next level.
Personal Assistant
Duration: 3 days a week
Location: Lagos

DUTIES
- Executing the program calendar for the year 2024 with thorough planning and timelines
- Executing product launches
- Supervising promotions and social media marketing plans for product launches
- Planning and Executing Book launch events
- Planning and scheduling podcast episodes
- Monitoring weekly email list
- Helping to grow the email list
- Sending my proposal templates to a list of prospective clients
- Researching new opportunities for work and speaking engagements
- Scheduling personal and business appointments
- Scheduling Midweek mastery meetings
- Consistent Client follow-up
- Calling warm leads to determine which program best suits them
- Managing my inbox including drafting and sending emails to prospects and checking up on leads
- Keeping the home office and main office space organized
- Filing all client files electronically and physically
- Keeping the client list pristine with their needs properly outlined
- Being present and co-anchoring live events to handle the chat box and input vital information for the audience to follow up on
- Organizing training seminars and promoting them
- Social media promotion
- Being present early for seminars to set up and ensure that everything goes according to plan
- Occasional travel for business trips.
- My business is a successful and busy consulting business with a team of 3. An ideal schedule would be 11 am to 4.00 pm – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
