Account Receivable/Customer Service Officer
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree preferably in accounting major.
- At least 1 year of experience in the invoicing process using ERP software.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel – Teams – Word.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
