Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to be the supportive force to the CM. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

About you We are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to be the supportive force to the CM

As a Personal Assistant you will

- Oversee various administrative tasks

Manage all correspondences on all communication channels
Support in various projects as advised
Manage company travel & hotel bookings
Support and manage travel itinerary & logistics
Event, Meeting & Calendar Management

Qualifications and Requirements:

- a degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Personal/Executive Assistant
- Agile
- People management
- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Administrative skills

Tech Savvy
Attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
