Dukiya Co-founder Shobowale Vies For Real Estate Developers’ Office

Co-founder of fast-rising real estate company Dukiya, Lukman Shobowale has thrown his hat in the ring for the position of Assistant General Secretary of the Lagos State chapter of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).

Shobowale, a young and brilliant real estate entrepreneur has built an incredible and impressive profile over the years having joined the industry nearly seven years ago.

LSD as he’s fondly called by his friends and industry partners, has partly masterminded a business focused on not just growing the real estate industry, leading people home but also providing a creditable business venture for many people in the process. Dukiya, which he co-owns also has many young people on board and is fast advancing across Nigeria and beyond.

The University of Ilorin graduate recently authored a book on real estate focusing on its potential in Nigeria and the globe. The book titled “The Real Value of Wealth: Thoughts on Real Estate, Nigeria and the Global Economy” aptly captures the industry in Nigeria and its value in the global context.

Shobowale was also recognised by The Future Awards for his brilliant work in real estate leadership especially among young Nigerians.

As part of the Transformation team vying to reshape the face of Lagos’ REDAN and take it to the next level, he aims to bring his key knowledge and leadership qualities into play.

Shobowale’s experience extends beyond the Nigerian real estate market as he also has business partners in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Brazil, Canada, the United States and others where his brilliance, honesty and professionalism have endeared him to many hearts.
