President Tinubu To Attend Senegal’s President-Elect Bassirou Faye’s Inauguration 

Tinubu Leaves For UNGA In New York Tomorrow
President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, for Dakar, Senegal, to attend the inauguration of Senegal’s President-elect, Bassirou Diomaye Faye.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), Ajuri Ngelale revealed this in a statement on Monday.

President Tinubu, in his capacity as the Chairman of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, will join other regional leaders at the Diamniadio Exhibition Centre to witness the inauguration on Tuesday.

The President will be accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, and other senior government officials.

President Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria after the conclusion of the inauguration.
