DR Congo Appoints First Female Prime Minister

President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has appointed Judith Suminwa Tuluka as the country’s first female prime minister, fulfilling a campaign promise and marking a significant step towards gender equality in Congolese politics.
