Job Description:
- This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager at FCMB in Lagos.
- As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing the branch staff, and ensuring the branch meets its performance targets.
This role is based in Lagos.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for the branch.
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Recruit and interview new employees.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
