Federal Government has stepped in to resolve the deportation orders issued against Nigerian students at Teesside University in the UK.

Gatekeepers News reports that a delegation led by Ambassador Christian Okeke and leaders of the Nigerian Students Union will meet with the university’s management to seek a resolution.

This follows a virtual meeting chaired by Abike Dabiri-Erewa, where affected students shared their experiences and hopes for a favorable outcome.

According to a statement by NiDCOM Spokesperson, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Dabiri-Erewa urged the students to remain calm and appealed to the university to treat them fairly.
