Human Resources Business Partner
Job Specifications:

Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.

Job Description:

- Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Support in the end to end recruitment process.
- Identify appropriate candidates fit for the role
- Follow-up with successful candidate performance.

Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
Assisting with the performance management and review process.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Analyse data with useful HR metrics.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Familiar with the employment laws.
Any other job assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years experience preferable in Mobile industry, Telecommunication or related Retail business.
- Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.

Knowledge with other West African countries such as Senegal, Angola, Cote d’ivoire e.t.c
Professional certification is an added advantage
