Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo has announced that a guest on her podcast, simply identified as Nike, has committed suicide.
Gatekeepers News reports that Nike had appeared on Biola’s podcast, sharing a controversial confession about her s3xual relationship with dogs.
The clip went viral, sparking widespread criticism and abuse on social media.
Biola shared the devastating news in a tearful video message on her Instagram page, expressing feelings of failure and sorrow.
She emphasised that Nike had found a listening ear in her, but unfortunately, didn’t reveal her plans to end her life.
“For the first time in my life, I feel like a failure. Nike died. Nike committed suicide. The lady that I just interviewed; the lady that said she was sleeping with dogs,” she said amid tears.
“People read her story, some people abused me; they said we fabricated the story. I gave her a listening ear but she didn’t tell me that she was going to die. She committed suicide.”
