A female pilgrim from Kaduna State named Hajiya Asma’u Muhammad-Ladan on Friday passed away after a brief illness at King Fahad Hospital in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Malam Yunusa Muhammad-Abdullahi revealed this through a statement released on Saturday.
Muhammad-Abdullahi said the deceased was registered at the headquarters of the agency.
According to the statement, the management and staff of the agency express their condolences to the deceased’s family members who they’ve informed of the tragic incident.
The PRO added that the Kaduna State Pilgrim Welfare agency prayed to Allah (SWT) to have mercy upon the deceased’s soul, forgive her sins, and comfort her family over the irreparable loss.
