American Comic Actor- Martin Mull Is Dead

American comic actor popularly known for his iconic roles in the 1985 film ‘Clue’ and the TV series ‘Arrested Development’, Martin Mull is dead.

Gatekeepers News reports that the deceased’s daughter, Maggie Mull, made the announcement through a post on Instagram on Friday.

Maggie revealed that her father died at home on Thursday after battling a long illness.

According to the bemoaning daughter, Martin Mull was a truly exceptional person whom she loved deeply.

She wrote, “I am heartbroken to share that my father passed away at home on June 27th, after a valiant fight against a long illness.”

“He was known for excelling at every creative discipline imaginable and also for doing Red Roof Inn commercials. He would find that joke funny. He was never not funny.”

“My dad will be deeply missed by his wife and daughter, by his friends and coworkers, by fellow artists and comedians and musicians, and—the sign of a truly exceptional person—by many, many dogs. I loved him tremendously.”

The American actor who was born August 18, 1943, became famous in 1970s with roles in the TV series ‘Mary Hartman’, and its spin-off ‘Fernwood 2 Night’.

Mull was also a musician and painter.
