Access Holdings Plc has signed a rights issue agreement for 17,772,612,881 ordinary shares of N0.50 each at N19.75 per share.

Gatekeepers News reports that the signing ceremony, which took place at Access Tower in Victoria Island, Lagos, is valued at N175.3 billion.
