Operations Manager
Job Specifications:

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Assign and monitor operational responsibilities, such as inspection of projects and sites, responding to technical problems and ensuring that customers’ requests/complains are addressed effectively.
- Coordinate the teams on maintenance service, repairs of all capacities of Generators & Machinery.
- Supervises the usage, preservation, and office Generators.
- Review reports sentby team Leads and analyse the major and repetitive breakdowns, delays and proffer long lasting solution.
- Ensure Improvementon operational management system, processes and best practices
- Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments’ performance.
- Work closelywith othermanagers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Performs periodic checks to ensure the teams are working in line with the compliance policies.
- Supports the Management on strategic decision making towards improving performances and general employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
ducation and other Qualifications:
- MSc/BSC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field discipline.
- Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification required.
- Proficiency in ERP application and other relevant applications
Experience:
- Minimum of six years experience in a similar role
- At least four years experience in the same industry
