Bobrisky Released From Prison After Serving Sentence
Social media personality Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been released from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.

Gatekeepers News reports that the crossdresser was freed on Monday morning and was seen in a now-viral video leaving the prison with two friends.

Bobrisky was sentenced to six months in prison on April 12 by Lagos High Court Judge Abimbola Awogboro for abusing the naira. The sentence commenced on March 24, the day of her arrest.

The crossdresser was charged with four counts of naira abuse and had filed a notice of appeal, seeking to replace the sentence with an option of a N50,000 fine on each count. Bobrisky, however, is free after serving his time.
