Adighije, an experienced engineer with extensive management experience in both private and public sectors, holds a master’s degree in Wireless Networks & Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.

The new management team also includes:

6. Barrister Steven Andzenge as Executive Director (Legal Services)

President Tinubu expressed his expectations for the new management team, stating that they should leverage their expertise and experience to drive NDPHC’s mandate of effectively managing the National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP).

This appointment comes as part of the administration’s efforts to revitalize key sectors of the Nigerian economy, with a particular focus on improving power generation and distribution in the Niger Delta region and beyond.

The NDPHC, a key player in Nigeria’s power sector, is responsible for implementing the NIPP, which aims to add significant capacity to the country’s electricity generation and distribution capabilities.

As the new team takes charge, stakeholders in the power sector and residents of the Niger Delta region will be watching closely to see how these changes impact the performance of NDPHC and the overall improvement of power supply in the country.
