Donald Trump, the Republican Presidential candidate, has expressed his willingness to consider Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and billionaire entrepreneur, for a cabinet or advisory role in his administration.
Gatekeepers News reports that this comes after Musk publicly endorsed Trump’s candidacy and hosted an interview with him on his social media platform X.
When asked about the possibility of naming Musk to a cabinet or advisory position, Trump praised Musk as a “very smart guy” and a “brilliant guy,” stating that he would not hesitate to offer him a role if he were willing to accept it.
“He’s a very smart guy. I certainly would, if he would do it, I would. He’s a brilliant guy,” Trump said.
In response to Trump’s statement, Musk indicated that he would be willing to serve in the administration if given the opportunity.
