Channels TV Announces Return Of ‘Fund It Forward’ For Season 2

Nigerian media conglomerate, Channels Media Group has announced the return of
its original business reality series, ‘Fund It Forward’ (FIF), following success of its inaugural season.

Gatekeepers News reports that Channels TV made the announcement through a statement released to the press on Wednesday, 21 August 2024.

According to the media conglomerate; the show’s second season, aptly titled ‘Fund It Forward – Series B’, promises to deliver another round of dynamic, young social entrepreneurs ready to transform their communities and industries.

In the new season; twelve carefully selected young entrepreneurs from across Nigeria will converge on the prestigious Post Square Towers in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The ambitious founders will face real-world challenges designed to test and hone their business skills, resilience, and commitment to their social impact missions for over nine intense weeks.

Executive producer of the show, Zemmy Momoh said, “Channels Television is excited to once again support a group of determined young entrepreneurs who
are passionate about making a difference.”

“The progress of our Season 1 finalists has been inspiring, and we are eager to equip more young Nigerians with the resources they need to shape the future of their country.”

‘Fund It Forward’ has quickly established itself as a beacon of hope for young entrepreneurs in Africa, showcasing enterprise as a powerful force for social change.

According to Neil G. Oyenekan, series showrunner and MD of FIF co-production company, Lighthouse Television and Filmworks; the upcoming season is set to be even more engaging, competitive, and entertaining.

The inaugural season saw Valentine Okoli, founder of Bach and Moen Ltd (producers of nutritious, low-cost local foods), emerge victorious, earning the grand prize of a ₦30 million grant.

Thara Aisha Atta, founder of TrashFormas (a waste recycling and clean energy company), secured second place with a ₦15
million grant, while Delz Erinle, founder of Agrify (a regenerative agriculture initiative), took third place with 10 million naira.

The remaining participants were not left empty-handed, receiving valuable mentorship and coaching from the show’s strategic partners, CcHub and Leap Africa.

The statement added, “As ‘Fund It Forward’ returns, viewers can once again look forward to being both inspired and entertained
by the journey of these innovative entrepreneurs as they transform themselves, their businesses, and their societies.”
