Procurement Compliance and Business Efficiency Manager

Job Description:
You will be in charge of ensuring procurement excellence and compliance across board, reviewing processes to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness as well as the Business Performance Management System (BPMS) process management and procurement data analysis. Additionally, oversees the development and performance of the procurement team members, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth, via assessments, training programs & Individual development plan development and execution. You will also be responsible for tracking Procurement Department OPEX budget and its alignment with CPD and other stakeholders.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain Group procurement policies and procedures at BU level to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Conduct regular checks and reviews of procurement processes.
- Act single point of contact during internal and external Audits for all relevant stakeholders and coordinates their actions follow up if applicable.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Implement best practices to streamline procurement operations and support the introduction of new processes and systems.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and enhance procurement efficiency.
- Develop and coordinate implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and coordinate supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Budget development and alignment with CPD and Finance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s or MBA is an asset.
- Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement and compliance.
- Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization is preferable.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with key categories within procurement (CIPS or other certifications are a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Significant experience in SAP or other ERP systems with a focus on procurement.
- Expertise in building processes and improving efficiencies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder focus.
- Risk management skills.
- Capability development.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
