Dr Nicolas Felix, the youngest presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2023, has congratulated Monday Okpebholo and Dennis Idahosa on their victory in the Edo State governorship elections.
Gatekeepers News reports that Dr Felix described their win as a testament to the power of the people and the voices of Edo State residents.
“Your dedication to public service and commitment to the betterment of Edo State are truly commendable. As you begin this new chapter, may you continue to champion the causes that matter most to your constituents to bring about positive change, growth, and prosperity to Edo State.
“Highly esteemed Senator Okpebholo, your journey from Senator representing Edo Central to Governor is a testament to your tireless efforts and vision for a better Edo State,” Dr Felix said.
Dr Felix also praised Dennis Idahosa, an experienced politician and former Commissioner, who will be working alongside Okpebholo as Deputy Governor. He expressed his optimism about the great season of prosperity and development awaiting the people of Edo State under their leadership.
“I pray for God to grant you the required wisdom and courage to take our state to the promised land,” he added.
Dr Felix further congratulated the people of Edo State and the entire APC family on the development.
